This deck wasn't properly preppped. You can easily see on the large piece that's turned upside down there is dead wood fiber on the underside of the coating. The adhesion appears to be just as it should be, but it did not have a properly prepped surface to adhere to. If the coating were simply failing, the underside would be the same color as the top (there's no possible way the coating itself can be a different color on the under side than on the top side). Since the underside looks like it's covered in dead wood fiber, that's a dead giveaway that essentially, your wood is 'failing'. There are cleaners that will remove this dead wood fiber and provide a sound surface to adhere to. Using the prep cleaners should prevent such issues going forward.

Have you try to contact them? I have been refunded all the paint + all the stuff to clean it.
It still suck, but at least they refunded us.
