Not resolved

After spending hundreds of dollars on your product (3 years ago) we were hoping that our deck would be low maintenance for years to come. Well, it has peeled, bubbled and is an embarrassment for the front of our beautiful home.

We have finally decided to address this mess. I will not have anyone visit, because of the way it looks. You should stand behind your product, go look what is happening and help people remove this product from their deck. It is a mess.

We used this product on so much of our deck.

Such a disappointment. We are struggling to remove it, but have a long way to go.

Well I would love for a representative to come take a look.

The most common cause for what you describe is inadequate prep of the deck before application of the Behr Deckover. Also contributing to failure is moisture coming usually from below the deck, eg., inadequate foundation drainage.

Bottom line: don't blame the Behr product until you carefully consider what could have caused it's failure. Either the deck wasn't properly prepped and/or you have an additional problem which hasn't been properly addressed, eg., moisture.

Prep was done as told and read, admit this stuff is *** and needs to be pulled from the shelves of all stores, they have no right taking peoples hard earned money. You say moisture below the deck what do you think is below a deck?? They do not say go under and paint the under side of your deck Your silly give people back there money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
